Hot Tuna è una band blues americana formata nel 1969 da ex membri di Jefferson Airplane Jorma Kaukonen e Jack Casady. Sebbene sia sempre stata un'aggregazione fluida, con i musicisti che andavano e venivano nel corso degli anni, il nome della band è diventato essenzialmente un metonimo della collaborazione continua di Kaukonen e Casady.
